Central defeats Staples

BRIDGEPORT -- Dyshaun Pulliam scored 21 points, Joaquim Johnson 16 and Fitzroy Henry 10 to lead the Central boys basketball team to a 68-67 FCIAC win over Staples Wednesday night.
The Hilltoppers, who played a second straight game without Marcus Blackwell, improved to 10-7 overall and 9-6 in the FCIAC.
